Steadyhand oversaw a structural transformation in operations for my business over a six month period from July 2025 to January 2026. That transformation took Margaret River Re-Gutters from a solid owner-operator-run business with two-to-three sub-contractors toward a steaming small business with two teams of three workers. Part of that transformation involved launching a sister company, Busselton Re-Gutters, according to the scaling and value-capture goals we co-designed together.

Not only did we achieve our ROI expectations, but I was able to come at my business from a new perspective, less on the tools and more in a position of strategic leadership over the direction and feel of our services.
